Ólafur Björn finished T-58 in the US Open Local Qualifying Pinewild CC
Ólafur Björn Loftsson, member of the Golf Club of Nes in Iceland, who plays golf with the College team of the Charlotte 49´s took part in the US Open Local Qualifying Pinewild CC.
Ólafur Björn is former Icelandic Champion in Stroke Play, 2009.
Ólafur Björn handed in a score of +4 over par, 76 strokes and ended up T-58.
There were 8 who qualifyed and a score of 70 would have been necessary for Ólafur Björn to eye a chance of getting further.
Participants in the qualifyer were 117, but 10 withdrew and therefore 107 finished.
