According to a newly published article Iceland is one of the 10 happiest countries in the world.

The reasons given are debatable: low income tax? In Iceland?
Free Health Care and University Education? Not so! Health Care is paid for by the Tax Payers and it´s PAID for – Well but virtually free University Education and in comparison to Universities and Colleges f.x. in the US it´s definately free albeit a minor admissions fee has to be paid to most of Icelands 10 Universities or Schools that teach at University level.
Reason that are rightly mentioned in the article are that Iceland IS scenic and Iceland is one of the most peaceful countries on earth.
Those are the main reasons we´re happy – that and the fact that we have the most golfcourses per capita … 62 …. which is a world record, one of many that Iceland holds and makes us extremely happy.
Come to Iceland 2016 … and play golf!!! … and make sure to see many of the other things Iceland has to offer!
